I love incorporating cranberries and nutmeg into our meals during winter. The taste and aroma of cinnamon and nutmeg are pretty much a constant for me during late fall and throughout winter. Today, I’m sharing my easy-to-make cranberry snack bites.

I like making oat bites, as snacks, throughout the year. They’re simple to make, filling, and last for a few days in the refrigerator. During this time of the year, I like to put a winter spin on them. I hope you’ll enjoy these quick and easy-to-make cranberry snack bites!

Easy No-Bake Cranberry Snack Bites

These cranberry snack bites are easy to make, filling, and last for a few days in the refrigerator. The almond butter, cranberries, and nutmeg make this a flavorful snack during the winter months.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oats quick cook
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (in the order listed).
  • With a spatula, mix all ingredients until well incorporated and the mixture has a smooth consistency.
  • Take a piece of the mixture, roll it into a 1-inch ball, and place it in a food storage container. Continue wrolling the mixture into 1-inch balls until complete.
  • Stop in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
