I love incorporating cranberries and nutmeg into our meals during winter. The taste and aroma of cinnamon and nutmeg are pretty much a constant for me during late fall and throughout winter. Today, I’m sharing my easy-to-make cranberry snack bites.
I like making oat bites, as snacks, throughout the year. They’re simple to make, filling, and last for a few days in the refrigerator. During this time of the year, I like to put a winter spin on them. I hope you’ll enjoy these quick and easy-to-make cranberry snack bites!

Easy No-Bake Cranberry Snack Bites
These cranberry snack bites are easy to make, filling, and last for a few days in the refrigerator. The almond butter, cranberries, and nutmeg make this a flavorful snack during the winter months.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats quick cook
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup dried cranberries chopped
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (in the order listed).
- With a spatula, mix all ingredients until well incorporated and the mixture has a smooth consistency.
- Take a piece of the mixture, roll it into a 1-inch ball, and place it in a food storage container. Continue wrolling the mixture into 1-inch balls until complete.
- Stop in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
