Anne of Green Gables is one of my favorite books 💚.
I love Anne’s curiosity, imagination, optimism, and resilience. The vivid descriptions of Prince Edward Island and relatable characters never fail to transport me to that time and place. L.M. Montgomery‘s clever and poignant writing style makes the story engaging and relatable. This classic has certainly stood the test of time.
I’ve read this book a few times over the years, so I’ve come across various editions. The audiobook read by Rachel McAdams, though, is my favorite. Do you know what’s better than reading Anne’s story? Listening to Rachel McAdams bring the story to life 🙂.
